Today is my birthday. A cold day and didn't want to go out. Joe, the owner at Artego, took my custom order, made it perfectly, and the Pitch's voted number 1 delivery driver, got it to our house safely and still hot! We live in Shawnee!! Folks, GO and discover the freshness and great flavors at Artego Pizza. Oh, don't forget the Pterodactyl sized wings! The absolute best!!

Delicious and tasty! Was hungry for pizza and this place delivered what I was craving for. Very closed to where I stay and delivery was quick. Would love to visit the restaurant next time once the weather isn't so bad.

Great crust. Just the right thickness. Meat lovers. Good quality ingredients so a little more expensive. Nice people.

Let's start with how home grown this restaurant is, owned by former KC Chief Joseph Perez, #12 WR in 2000, grew up in Overland Parks, KS and his moto is Locally owned' 'Locally driven'. This is the only location which is right off of SW Trafficway to the east and has been here for years. You can't miss the location has there are many strings of white lights that continue over the outdoor patio plus the exterior has its own flair. My favorite is the Meatball pizza served with locally owned Scimeca's (Famous Sausage) which has been around since 1924. There is a retail store where you can buy 'Nannie's meatballs. Each visit I've been greeted by Nicole, server with 6 years of service and Mike GM 7 years which says something for this establishment! On Game day it's $20 all you can drink and each visit you get a 20% coupon for the next visit. This restaurant has a good vibe!

Saturday night and we were craving an Artego pizza. The place was hopping and more people kept coming in. The dining area only holds so many people, but there is an outside patio if the temps are OK for you. I like the decor of the earlier rock n roll era on the walls inside. They probably have the best gluten free pizza in town, and their honey BBQ wings are huge and very tasty. There are only a few servers working the bar and dining room, so be patient!

Good pizza for takeout. I got the Madrina with 2 little sides of their pizza sauce. I loved the cubes of cream cheese on top, but all the sides were fresh and delicious. Keep up the good work!

I love the ambiance the artworks created! It has a very cute outside deck you have the option to sit at. We decided to sit inside since it was raining. The service was good and the pizza was exceptional with amazing crust! I got the custom pizza with regular Artego sauce and crust, jalapeños, ground beef and basil. Plus a side of Cabernet. Great pizza spot!

We went to this place because we had heard great things about the pizza! and it did not disappoint. we ordered a large meat pizza and a ceaser salad. The servers were constantly checking up on us asking if we were doing okay and making sure we had everything we needed. They also were very fast in getting us the food and taking our card. At the end of the night, one of the servers gave my family a coupon and said they would love to have us back. We will definitely be returning for the service and the food!

We had this pizza place on our mind from a long time. It just happened that we were around that area last night and stopped by to have a pizza. I was surprised that they were not very busy thinking about how many reviews they have but the place look really neat, and they have really good seating area. As soon as we entered we were greeted and given a seat we ordered cheese breadstick Which was very different than other places it was piping hot and melts in the out one of the best things to get and then we ordered pizza. It took a little bit for the pizza to be done maybe around 15 minutes but the pizza was really delicious. They enjoyed every bit of it and completed that, there are a lot of selections for pizza. We were certainly go there and enjoy the ambience was pretty supportive. You can call the sports bar too.

I never knew this place existed!!! Especially right near Q39, where have I been. Visited this place to check out any game day specials (yes they do have some!). I ordered the 39th Street Pizza and the Margherita Pizza, honestly both very delicious! This is the perfect place to watch the game with all the TVs they have around the place. The staff was also very friendly and patient. Now I have to come back and try the wings next time!
